​Cancellation Policy

 

RV Campgrounds

  • Reservation Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Camping fees only, are refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.

  • No Refund or changes will be provided less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

  • Reservations are non-transferable.

 

Cabins

  • Reservation Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Camping fees only, are refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.

  • No Refund or changes will be provided less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

  • Reservations are non-transferable.

Pet Policy

Cabins 1 to 4

  • Pets are welcome in Cabins 1 to 4 a $25.00 per pet /per visit will be billed upon your arrival.

 

Cabin 5

  • Pets are not permitted in this Cabin.

RV Campground

  • All Pets are welcome at Barney's Lakeside Resort we do not have a charge for your pet in the campground.​

  • All Pets must be leashed and well behaved.

  • All Pets waste must be picked up and disposed of appropriately.

Refunds

Main Campgrounds

Reservation Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds on regular sites (single, double, triple sites) are applicable only when a site is fully cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

There will be no refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved.

We no longer accept changes to your arrival date unless it is to arrive earlier and add additional nights.

Once a Camping or RV site is issued, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group Sites

Reservation Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refunds for Group Sites are applicable only when a site is fully cancelled, 

 

No Show Policy

All reservations are held until 10:00 pm of the day you are scheduled to check-in. If you do not arrive by 10:00 pm, the site is considered forfeited, and no refund will be provided and your campsite will no longer be available to you.


 

Vehicle Policy

Your camping fees includes:

the first vehicle in a single site

the first two vehicles in a double site

the first vehicle in a cabin site

Each additional vehicle (max 6 people per vehicle) is required to pay upon arrival.
 

 

Changes to Reservations

If you require a change to your campsite number or wish to add additional camping nights to a current reservation, a $9.00 Change Fee will be charged to the credit card on file, as well as any other camping fees that may be applicable.

The change fee will apply to Each change made to a current reservation.

There will be no refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved.

Due to Provincial Policies we no longer accept changes to your arrival date unless it is to arrive earlier and add additional nights.

For a RV site camp site or cabin, NO Changes can be made, 14 days or less, prior to your arrival date.

For any Group Site, NO Changes can be made, 30 days or less, prior to your arrival date.

Please use the Contact Us Form to send us an email to request the above changes only. Ensure you include all the necessary information required to make the changes for you. Any request for a change to your reservation will incur the Reservation Change Fee and it will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

To avoid being charged this fee due to errors, please review all the details of your reservation, prior to checking out and submitting payment.

This fee will not be applied when cancelling a reservation. Cancellation fees will remain as outlined above.

Change fees are Non-Refundable.
