Come enjoy Puntzi Lake!
Barney’s is a 12-acre lakeside resort located on beautiful Puntzi Lake. The lake is approximately 11km long and 5km wide with over 500’ of lake frontage, RV, and campground. Cabins range from 1 to 7 bedrooms.
Go fishing for wild rainbow trout and kokanee (salmon)! We are a bird watcher’s (view our resident nesting pelicans!) and wild life viewing paradise. You can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking, ATV, water skiing, swimming, jet skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling!
We are located 2 hours west of Williams Lake and 4 hours east of Bella Coola.

A small slice of paradise on Puntzi Lake at Barney's Lakeside Resort
What an awesome time we had at this beautiful resort right on the lake! A wonderful cabin with amenities+++. Pots, pans, microwave, coffee pot, everything we needed. A wonderful fireplace kept us toasty warm. An outdoor fire-pit was ours for the use as well. So clean and so comfortable! Our hosts, Penny and Rick, were amazing. We can't wait to come back again, glamping or camping, to this slice of paradise. They have cabins, RV hookups, camping, and more.

Here Rick and his wife Penny have created a refuge away from all the city noises and the usual tourist entertainment stress. The quite lake slows you down immediately. There are all the facilities you need on the campground, they might not be all new, but very clean and well kept. Ric and Penny are very friendly and helpful. We can most certainly recommend the place to all those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay on a highly romantic site👍.

Beautiful lakeside camping for the whole family, 9 extra large full hook up RV sites, pull through big rig friendly, 6 additional campsite (2 partial hook ups with water and power / 4 dry), 1 campsite with travel trailer rental, and 4 lakeside camping spots.

Full men’s and women’s showers, flush toilets. Sani dump available ($20 fee).

Cabins include beds, sofa beds, towels and bedding.

Full kitchens: All kitchens include utensils, pots, pans, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, coffee, tea, sugar, and whitener.

Our 7 bedroom Cabin is open all year round for weddings, reunions, corporate events, music festivals, and large fishing or hunting groups.

Boat rentals: 14' or 16’ aluminum fishing gas motorboats available ($80/full day). Two double kayaks ($40/full day). Canoe ($35/full day). Please ask about half day rates.

Our property boasts a boat house, fish cleaning house, boat launch and two 40’ docks.

No day use for the public. This is a private resort.
